In the wake of the Chelsea bomb blast Saturday and suspicious device found Sunday, Mayor de Blasio urged New Yorkers to be cautious and to call in any information they have about the incidents to authorities. NYPD Commissioner James O'Neill spoke to the ongoing investigation of the explosion in Chelsea Saturday night at a press conference Sunday held by Mayor de Blasio.
