The 18-year-old model visited Citipups in Chelsea, New York City, at the weekend with friends Kendall Jenner and Jaden Smith and picked out a three-month-old Shiba Inu as a gift for Stephen and Kennya Baldwin, who celebrate their 25th wedding anniversary today . And as well as splashing out on the pooch, Hailey also picked up another $500 worth of food and accessories for the dog, TMZ reports.
