Jessica F. Meredith, 87, loving wife of the late Richard H. Meredith, died at her son's residence with the family by her side on Monday, February 16, 2015. Mrs. Meredith was born in Chelsea, on April 2, 1927, daughter of Chester and Katherine Tartas.
